 Aliens vs. Predator
Anyone pick it up for PC? I just finished the singleplayer campaigns for each species and it's good. Trying out the multiplayer tonight and there should be dedicated server support within the next week.

 Re: Aliens vs. Predator
Yeah, the gameplay and story are good in singleplayer. Rebellion really knows how to create the right atmosphere of fear for the Marines, the sequence in Block C is fucked up. Being a Predator is badass as it was in the first game, invisibly stalking down your prey and brutally killing them. As the Alien you have to be sneaky, sticking to the shadows, using hit and run tactics, cutting the power, etc.
Multiplayer is pretty fun. Survivor mode is basically the aforementioned Block C sequence but with up to 3 other players as you fend off an endless and ever increasing horde of xenomorphs with sporadic respawns of ammo and health stims. I've had the most fun with that so far. They've got the standard modes like DM, Species TDM, Mixed Species TDM plus some other interesting ones like Infestation, Predator Hunt, and so on.

 Re: Aliens vs. Predator
I thought this game was terrible compared to the original since its a "remake." Without DirectX 11 graphics, the DX9 looks dated.

 Re: Aliens vs. Predator
Remake? It's not a remake, it's the third game in the series, completely different story, etc. And the graphics look dated? I don't know what game your playing Brain.

 Re: Aliens vs. Predator
It's a remake or "reimagining" otherwise it would been called AvP 3!
